- 2x Character: sketch + flat color. Same pose different outfits

HOW TO ORDER:

- I will reply and confirm your order
- I will ask for 50% payment before I start working. This amount will be considered a non-refundable deposit in order to guarantee your place in the queue. The deposit will be refunded only in case I am not able to provide the service.
- Payment via PAYPAL ONLY
- Based on the info you provided in the Contact Form, I will send you up to 3 sketches to choose from
- [EXCEPT FOR SKETCH COMMISSIONS] I'll update you with works in progress and you will be able to ask for changes, but only during the initial sketching/design phase. After that any major change will be charged extra.
- I'll ask you to complete the payment before sending you the final work.
- I will send the high-resolution finished work through e-mail or Google Drive link

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The artwork is intended only for your personal use, unless we agreed on a commercial use licence (in which case prices will change based on what type of licence you need).Some examples of personal use:
- printing the artwork to display in your private home
- printing the artwork on a t-shirt as a gift to your mom
- using the artwork in your private gaming sessions
- using the artwork as profile picture for your PERSONAL social medias
- posting the artwork WITH CREDIT ("Art by Saska Ithiur" at minimum, but a link to my socials would be greatly appreciated) on your personal social mediaSome examples of what is NOT personal use:
- printing the artwork to sell it
- using the artwork in public or streamed gaming sessions
- using the artwork in any published material
- using the artwork as part of your business's website or social mediaPlease do not steal my art, or edit it without permission.
DO NOT use it in anything related to AI.
DO NOT erase my signature. Always credit me if you post it on social media or websites.I reserve the right to refuse commissions.
I reserve the right to feature the commissions on my website, portfolio and social medias (times can be decided together if you're doing a gift/publication) and to sell prints and merchandise featuring them.
In any case, I'm the owner of my works and I retain the whole copyright of the created artwork, unless there is a regular contract of assignment of rights.
